The fight between Mark Fraser and Tomáš Urban broke out after the last period. With the skills from NHL the Canadian player handled the situation better but it also stirred up some emotions between benches.

The head coach of MHC Nové Zámky Jančuška demanded an additional penalty for an opponent player: “I was a little surprised because of Mr. Jančuška’s reaction, he accused me of sending the player on ice, meawhile he was already there for one minute. He should watch the video again and judge the situation afterwards. But it is true that he will make his own opinion either way. Anyways, he can cry at home,” said the head coach of HKM Zvolen Andrej Podkonický.

It was a very close game until the end and emotions were high. That opponent player hit our captain Chovan so I had to act and protect my teammate,” said Ottawa-born.
